I’m Craig W. Schubert, Founder of Precision Wealth Planners and a Financial Planner with over three decades of experience helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals. I founded Precision Wealth Planners to provide more comprehensive support to the families we serve and I wanted to create a firm where clients could feel truly cared for, with financial strategies tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. By building a team of professionals who share this vision, we’ve been able to offer a holistic approach to financial planning—combining expertise in areas like tax-efficient investing, retirement planning, and legacy building with a deep commitment to fostering meaningful, long-term relationships.

My expertise spans a variety of specialized areas, including Estate Planning strategies, Business Continuation Funding, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), Buy/Sell Funding, Deferred Compensation Plans, and Portfolio Construction.

I live in Annapolis with my wife Jackie and our two sons, Ryan and Jack. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family, supporting our local community, golfing, and boating. These passions, combined with my professional expertise, allow me to approach financial planning with a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service to my clients.
